Warehouse Receiving Associate TOMAR Electronics | Gilbert, AZ | Full-Time | On-Site Pay: $20-$23/hour DOE, based on experience About Us TOMAR Electronics designs and manufactures emergency vehicle lighting and traffic preemption systems used by first responders and municipalities across the country. We're a growing Arizona manufacturer, and we need a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to keep materials moving accurately from the dock to the production floor. What You'll Do Unload incoming trucks and deliveries safely using a forklift and pallet jack Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, and flag shortages, overages, or damage Enter received orders accurately into our ERP system Print and apply internal part number labels to all incoming products Print and file Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for incoming materials Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe Support the production floor when receiving volume allows Assist Maintenance with local pick-ups and deliveries Take on special projects as needed Back-up coverage for shipping department What You Bring A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Forklift experience Basic computer skills: data entry and comfort learning a new system Strong attention to detail, because accuracy matters here Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse environment Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed Nice to Have Experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment ERP or inventory system experience Familiarity with SDS and hazardous material handling Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Benefits Medical / Dental / Vision 2 weeks PTO, 1 week sick time, 11 holidays a year 401(k) Life Insurance Stable, growing company with room to develop your skills Why TOMAR?
