Warehouse Receiving Associate
Coastal Elite ProRole Overview: This position supports distribution services, focusing on temperature-sensitive materials, inventory management, and shipment preparation. Key responsibilities include monitoring storage conditions, updating warehouse records, handling damaged or non-conforming materials, coordinating material movement with warehouse equipment, and preparing shipments efficiently. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, accurate documentation, and timely order fulfillment. Monitoring temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment. Updating inventory records and shipment documentation for traceability. Identifying and routing damaged or non-conforming materials. Managing material movement using warehouse equipment. Preparing packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities. Escalating issues related to handling or inventory anomalies. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or related fields. Preferred certifications include Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control, cold chain handling, shipment documentation, and safe material handling practices. Ability to maintain accurate records, support order accuracy, and work with temperature-sensitive materials while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
