Webster Fulfillment is hiring full-time Warehouse/Receiving Associates to help get products in the door and orders out to customers nationwide. Experience with stocking, inventory, or quality checks is a big plus. We'll train the right people. ABOUT THE ROLE Webster Fulfillment is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that handles order fulfillment for e-commerce (online) retailers. Associates work across the warehouse: receiving and counting incoming product, stocking and organizing inventory, inspecting items for quality, and picking, packing, and shipping orders. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Unload, process, and sort incoming freight from carrier trucks, organized by vendor - Count and sort items by size and style, and check invoices for count, size, or color discrepancies - Stock and stow product throughout the facility so inventory is accurate on the shelf and in the system - Inspect products for defects and damage - Pick merchandise from the floor to fill client orders - Pack and ship orders to customers nationwide - Process customer returns and put items back into inventory - Help locate missing items and keep work areas clean and organized - Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies to move materials WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience with stocking, inventory, receiving, or quality checks preferred - Warehouse experience a plus, but not required - Able to work full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM - Able to regularly lift, push, and pull boxes and freight (15-50 lbs) throughout a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation - Able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation - Comfortable using an iPad or handheld scanner - Accurate, detail-oriented, and dependable - Works well on a team and on your own - Reliable way to get to work in Auburn, AL SCHEDULE - Full-time - Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PAY & BENEFITS - From $10.00 per hour - Paid biweekly (every other Friday) - 401(k) matching - Employee discount - Employee referral program WHY WEBSTER FULFILLMENT - Climate-controlled (A/C) warehouse - Opportunities to grow internally for strong performers - Occasional paid lunches and employee reward programs - Casual dress code (closed-toe, closed-heel shoes required) - Learn more at www.webster-fulfillment.com Have Microsoft Excel experience?
