Paid Time Off 401(k) with a company match up to 4% Quarterly profit share — our last one worked out to an extra $2–3 per hour for everyone Breaks and meals are paid Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse, Receiving, and Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse and logistics operations. Our warehouse primarily handles food products for the CPG industry, including direct-to-consumer (DTC) shipments, kitting, and wholesale/B2B orders. The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate has warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience, is comfortable operating warehouse equipment, is computer literate, and can work independently with limited supervision while following established procedures. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pull materials and products to fulfill customer orders using pick tickets and our WMS system - Packiyo. Pick, pack, label, and stage outgoing orders, including boxes and pallets, according to customer and shipping requirements. Process DTC, wholesale, B2B, and kitting orders accurately and efficiently. Package outbound orders using appropriate materials and methods. Verify outgoing products for correct quantities, condition, and destination before shipment. Stage products in designated shipping lanes and move materials to appropriate shipping or storage areas. Receiving & Inventory Management Receive and process inbound shipments using FoodReady software and other warehouse/inventory platforms. Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition against bills of lading, purchase orders, and receiving documentation. Identify and report damaged or discrepant goods according to established procedures. Count, record, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Perform cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies. Put received goods away in designated storage locations and maintain accurate product identification and labeling. Warehouse Operations Load and unload delivery and shipment trucks safely and efficiently. Transport, stage, and organize products and equipment of various sizes and weights. Operate electric and manual pallet jacks, forklifts, shrink-wrap, tablets, scanner gun, and other warehouse equipment as required. Maintain organized storage areas, inventory locations, and warehouse layouts. Clean and maintain the warehouse, work areas, and equipment in an orderly condition. Follow all company safety procedures, GMP and established warehouse protocols. Support the Warehouse Manager and team with daily operations and special projects. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of consistent warehouse, shipping/receiving, freight, or distribution experience .
