Duties Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, ensuring accurate unloading and documentation Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and damage; verify against purchase orders and shipping documents Record all inbound inventory data into warehouse management systems (WMS) with precision Organize and stock received items in designated areas following proper packaging and storage procedures Collaborate with installation teams to coordinate picking, packing, loading & unload activities Ensure compliance with trade regulations, international trade standards, and shipping logistics protocols during receipt processes Maintain accurate records of all transactions, update inventory management systems regularly, and assist in stock audits Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations Skilled in data entry with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office applications Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely and effectively Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external vendors effectively Familiarity with warehouse operations such as stocking, packaging, order picking & packing, and trade compliance standards. Knowledge of FF&E vendors is a perk, but not required. This role is ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience who are eager to develop their skills further in a fast-paced environment.
