Warehouse Receiver

Job Overview As a Warehouse Receiver, you’ll keep incoming goods moving accurately through warehouse operations. You’ll verify deliveries, record inventory, and coordinate with warehouse distribution and shipping teams to support reliable order fulfillment. Your impact: Accurate receiving and inventory records help warehouse teams locate stock quickly and prepare customer orders on time. Duties Receive, inspect, and document shipments; compare goods with purchase orders and shipping paperwork, and report discrepancies or damage. Unload, label, stock, and organize products; use a forklift, pallet jack, or RF scanner when trained and authorized. Support shipping and receiving, shipping logistics, picking and packing, packaging, and order picking as warehouse needs require. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or warehouse distribution, is preferred. Basic math skills and accurate data entry are essential; Microsoft Office experience is helpful. Ability to safely handle materials and learn equipment procedures; forklift experience is preferred, with operation subject to training and authorization. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a dependable approach to supporting team priorities.
