Warehouse Receiver

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Receiver & Forklift Operator for a full-time day-shift position. This role combines receiving, warehouse organization, product replenishment, material handling, and forklift operation in a fast-paced distribution environment. Schedule 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Five to six shifts per week Must be available to work at least one weekend day each week Additional hours or overtime may occasionally be required Key Responsibilities Receive, organize, move, and replenish merchandise throughout the warehouse Operate Raymond Reach equipment and electric Walkie Riders safely and efficiently Load, unload, relocate, and stage products as required Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Perform frequent manual material handling involving products ranging from approximately 2 lbs to more than 50 lbs Work safely in refrigerated, frozen, and ambient warehouse areas Follow operational procedures, safety requirements, and direction from on-site management Support other warehouse and receiving duties as required Qualifications Valid forklift certification is required Previous hands-on experience operating Raymond Reach trucks is required Strong practical experience operating Walkie Riders, including Raymond-style equipment such as the 8410, is strongly preferred Candidates must have actual equipment operating experience. Forklift certification alone is not sufficient Able to communicate and read effectively in English Chinese-language ability is considered an asset Physically capable of frequent lifting, product movement, and replenishment duties Comfortable working in environments ranging from approximately -18°C to room temperature Dependable, responsible, and able to follow workplace procedures and instructions Must have reliable transportation or another dependable method of commuting to the workplace Candidates should be interested in stable, long-term employment Compensation First four weeks: guaranteed total earnings equivalent to $25.00 per hour, inclusive of applicable base pay and performance incentives After the first four weeks: $21.00 per hour base rate plus performance-based incentives Additional earnings are determined in accordance with the applicable performance compensation program This position is best suited for an experienced warehouse professional who is comfortable combining forklift operation with physically active receiving, replenishment, and material-handling responsibilities.
