arehouse Receiver is responsible for receiving, inspecting, verifying, and processing incoming shipments. The successful candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain warehouse organization, and support efficient operations in a safe and productive environment. This is a 3PL warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify quantities and compare received goods against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
• Enter receiving information into inventory management systems.
• Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep receiving and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all receipt relevant docs and communications are kept in the eDocs of each receipt.
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse receiving, shipping, or inventory experience preferred in a 3PL warehouse setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are an asset.
• Forklift certification is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Experience:
• Warehouse Receiving: 1 year (preferred)
• Forklift Operation: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Forklift Certification (preferred)
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
