Warehouse & Quality Supervisor – McAllen, TXJob Summary We are looking for a Warehouse & Quality Supervisor for our produce cold-storage warehouse in McAllen, TX. This person will be in charge of receiving, quality checks, inventory and shipping orders to our customers. Responsibilities Receive incoming trucks and verify that products match the purchase orders. Check product quality and temperature when it arrives and before it ships. Ensure that system records match physical inventory quantities. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Cyclical audits. Rotate inventory (first in, first out) and keep products stored at the right temperature. Prepare, load and ship orders to our customers. Keep records of incoming and outgoing products. Monitor the cold room temperature and report any equipment problems. Keep the warehouse, cold room and office clean and organized. Open and close the warehouse. Coordinate with the sales team and carriers to ensure product availability and on-time shipments. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in the produce industry or in a warehouse. Experience with inventory control and cold storage. Able to work independently. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold areas. Basic computer skills (email, Excel). Bilingual – English/Spanish (preferred). Forklift certification (preferred). Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering Technology or similar (preferred).
