Torque AeroAbout the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Quality Associate to support our operations involving aircraft parts. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory, high‑quality inspections, and smooth coordination between warehouse functions and our sales team. Key Responsibilities Ship and receive aircraft parts with accuracy and care Perform quality inspections on inbound and outbound aircraft components Maintain organized and up‑to‑date inventory records Assist the sales team by preparing parts for customer orders and processing incoming stock Ensure all parts meet internal quality standards and documentation requirements Support general warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient workspace Qualifications Warehouse experience or relevant hands‑on operational experience Shipping/receiving experience , preferably with technical or high‑value products Ability to perform physically demanding tasks , including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems Experience with aircraft parts or aviation industry (preferred but not required) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
