Warehouse & Property Support Associate Starting Pay: $17 per hour, with a 90-day performance evaluation Anticipated Start Date: Early to mid-October 2026 Position Overview The Warehouse & Property Support Associate supports daily warehouse operations and property readiness through order fulfillment, inventory control, supply distribution, and property inspections. This position coordinates scheduled and on-demand deliveries to meet cleaning, inspection, and guest needs while maintaining accurate inventory records and an organized warehouse. Key Responsibilities · Order fulfillment: Accurately pull, pack, and prepare supply orders, verifying items and quantities against property and team requests. · Property supply distribution: Complete scheduled and on-demand deliveries to properties for cleaning, inspections, guest needs, and add-on requests. Place supplies in designated locations and confirm delivery completion. · Inventory support: Assist with inventory counts, maintain stock records, organize supplies, and report shortages or replenishment needs. · Property inspections: Following training, inspect properties against company standards, document supply needs and cleanliness or condition concerns, and communicate items requiring follow-up. · Warehouse organization: Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and order-preparation areas to support efficient daily operations. · Team coordination: Communicate with cleaning, inspection, and guest relations teams to confirm supply priorities, address delivery issues, and support timely service. Training & Development Initial training will cover order fulfillment, supply distribution, property inspection standards, and inventory processes and management. As responsibilities expand, cross-training will include cleaning procedures, quality expectations, and property-readiness standards. Qualifications · Dependable, punctual, and accountable for completing assigned responsibilities. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to perform hands-on warehouse duties, move supplies, and complete property deliveries. · Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. · Ability to adapt to changing priorities, respond to time-sensitive requests, and learn company processes. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
