We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Worker to join our team at the Medline warehouse in Temecula . In this role, you’ll be focused on hands-on production work, helping keep operations running smoothly and ensuring quality standards are met. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning and preparing reusable totes for production Inspecting totes for cleanliness, damage, or other quality issues Sorting and organizing materials according to established procedures Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Meeting daily production and quality expectations Performing repetitive physical tasks while maintaining attention to detail Following all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines Working as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently Available Schedules Monday – Friday | Two Shifts Available 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour What We're Looking For Someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to work Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable performing repetitive production and warehouse tasks Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and valid vehicle registration Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions Why VIP Starting pay of $18.00 per hour Monday–Friday schedules Health, dental, and vision insurance options Employer-paid life insurance Paid holidays and time off 401(k) with company support Discounts at theme parks, movie theaters, and more If you’re dependable, hands-on, and looking for a Monday–Friday position where you can be part of a team and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
