When you join KeHE, you’re becoming part of a team that is a force for good.Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of Warehouse Associates (25-28) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. You will be responsible for driving performance, delivering results, and meeting or exceeding defined goals.You will cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment.
