Warehouse Production Operator — Materials Handling

Questions you might be asking What is this job? A full-time, temp-to-hire role in Fairfield, Ohio, where you’ll support both production and warehouse operations for Next Gen HR Solutions. Where and when would I work? Location: Fairfield, Ohio Shifts and pay: First Shift is $15 per hour. Second Shift is $16 per hour. Availability: Second-shift roles are open now. Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening. What would I do every day? Pick, pack, label, and sort products for shipment. Move materials to keep production running smoothly. Follow work instructions and complete basic quality checks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Collaborate with teammates to meet safety, quality, and output goals. What do I need to succeed? Consistent, reliable attendance—especially for second shift. Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures. Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or a fast-paced retail stockroom is helpful, not required. Do I need a forklift license? No. You won’t need one unless a specific assignment later requires it. What skills make me stand out?
