Warehouse & Production Operator仓库及生产操作员 – 中英文双语优先 Location: San Leandro, CA Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday Compensation: Based on experience We are a growing manufacturing and distribution company seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Production Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on position combining warehouse operations, inventory handling, shipping/receiving, and production machine operation . The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to assist in different areas of daily operations as needed. Chinese-English bilingual ability is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Load and unload pallets, cartons, raw materials, and finished products. Organize inventory and maintain proper warehouse storage locations. Assist with inventory counts and verify inventory quantities. Prepare pallets and shipments for carrier pickup. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Assist with forklift operations when qualified. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation. Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Production Operations Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery. Set up machines and prepare materials for production runs. Monitor machine performance and finished-product quality. Perform basic machine adjustments during production. Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic mechanical and operational issues to minimize equipment downtime. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Assist with machine changeovers and production setup. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Accurately record production quantities, material usage, downtime, and other production data. Move raw materials and finished products between the warehouse and production areas. Follow established production procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or machine-operation experience preferred. Mechanically inclined with good hands-on problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot basic production equipment issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately count and track inventory and production quantities. Basic computer skills. Forklift experience or certification is a plus. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required by the position. Chinese (Mandarin) and English bilingual ability is preferred. Experience with automated production, packaging, or cigarette-making equipment is a plus.
