Warehouse Production & Fulfillment Associate

We are excited to welcome a new team member to d’marie! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and positive individual to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in both the production of our products and the fulfillment of customer orders. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works well with others, is willing to learn, and isn’t afraid of a fast-paced workday. Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but it is not required—we are happy to train someone who brings a strong work ethic and a great attitude. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM What You’ll Be Doing: Filling and packaging products according to established production and quality standards. Picking products from inventory accurately to fulfill customer orders. Packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring products are packaged safely and correctly. Labeling shipments and preparing packages for outgoing delivery. Receiving, organizing, and stocking incoming inventory. Assisting with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies when needed. Keeping the warehouse, production, and packing areas clean, organized, and safe. Working alongside other team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Taking initiative to identify what needs to be done and helping wherever needed to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Following all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Who We’re Looking For: Able to safely lift 50+ lbs. Able to stand, move, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation to and from work. Hardworking and willing to take initiative without needing constant direction. Willing and eager to learn new tasks and processes. Able to work effectively as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing work accurately. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. Previous warehouse, production, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required. Ready to Join the d’marie Team?
