Warehouse & Production Associate (Shipping, Inventory, & Production)

Position Overview Woehner, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Production Associate to join our team. This full-time, hands-on position supports both our warehouse/shipping and production operations, with time divided between the two areas based on daily business needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable with repetitive hands-on work, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and process shipments using UPS and FedEx software Coordinate freight shipments with various carriers Invoice orders as they are shipped Receive incoming shipments and verify contents for accuracy Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts Perform light hand assembly of products and components Read and follow detailed work instructions Complete repetitive assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Inspect completed work to ensure products meet quality standards Maintain an organized and clean workspace Move between warehouse and production responsibilities based on company needs Follow established safety, quality, and operating procedures Work cooperatively with team members across departments Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
