Warehouse Production Associate – Kitting & Packing

Opportunity Snapshot Employer: Next Gen HR Solutions Location: Fairfield, Ohio Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire Compensation: First Shift is $15 per hour; Second Shift is $16 per hour Scheduling: Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening. Core Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and sort products for shipment. Move materials to keep production and warehouse operations flowing. Perform basic quality checks; follow written work instructions. Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized workspace. Work as a team to hit daily safety, quality, and production targets. Must-Haves Reliable attendance and the ability to work the confirmed first-shift schedule. Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to learn and consistently follow safety and quality procedures. Experience in warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, or retail stockroom is a plus—but not required. No forklift license is required unless a specific assignment is later confirmed to require one.
