Warehouse & Production Associate

Job Summary We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations — picking, packing, organizing inventory, and making sure every order goes out right and on time. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment Organize and maintain inventory, storage areas, and product displays Assist with receiving shipments, restocking, and warehouse upkeep Support order fulfillment processes and help troubleshoot issues as they come up Help with light customer support tasks (order questions, labeling, account updates) as needed Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly Experience Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (lifting, standing, moving product) Organized and detail-oriented, especially with orders, labels, and inventory Reliable and shows up ready to work Willing to learn and take initiative Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience a plus — not required Basic communication skills for occasional customer interaction Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
