Warehouse Production Associate

Location: South Brunswick, NJ Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: 10:30am - 7:00pm CDS is hiring dependable Warehouse Production Associates for our South Brunswick facility. This hands-on position supports warehouse and light-production operations, including preparing, sorting, repacking, and stacking products for shipment. Warehouse experience is helpful, but candidates with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a commitment to safety are encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do Sort, stack, reconfigure, and prepare cases of product for shipment Pick products accurately to fulfill customer orders Use RF scanners to track and move inventory Place products into appropriate shipping packaging Inspect products and pallets and report damage Follow food-safety, workplace-safety, and equipment procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work cooperatively with warehouse and production team members Work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when required What We’re Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist throughout the shift Previous warehouse or RF-scanner experience is preferred High school diploma or GED is preferred Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Paid time off Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Employee referral program Performance incentives Training and professional-development opportunities Apply today to join our South Brunswick team.
