Position Summary

The Warehouse Production Associate is responsible for supporting nightly warehouse production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse production activities, including repacking, labeling and monitoring conveyors.
• Basic troubleshooting of operations.
• Communicate inventory shortages, damages, or operational concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet nightly operational goals.
• Perform other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, production, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math and counting skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse and production environment involving frequent movement of alcoholic beverage products, powered industrial equipment, and shipping materials. Appropriate safety equipment and procedures must be followed at all times.

Schedule

Full-time position. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
