Warehouse Production Assistant

We are actively hiring for the position of Warehouse Production Assistant (Sheeter Operator Assistant) for our plant in Arlington, TX Shift: 1 st shift 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Monday-Friday Pay: $14.00 Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting the Sheeter Operator in inspecting the machine and checking items produced for proper quality specifications. Staging rolls and completed pallets. Helping ensure efficiencies, running speeds, and down time are within specified limits. Assisting in troubleshooting to enhance production. Utilize specialized equipment to load rolls and put up paper once sheeted. Learning all paper grades run on this machine. Assist in charting all daily production and any problems that may occur. Organizing process area to perform basic maintenance as required. Placing the recycled scrap in bins. Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned. Qualification: Must be teamwork oriented. Basic computer skills. Must be able to operate in a safe and productive manner. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations. Able to stand a minimum of 8 hours and work occasional overtime as requested. Capable of obtaining required equipment certifications via company programs.
