Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other power tools safely to move materials within the warehouse and production areas Assist with mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools, measuring instruments, and interpreting technical drawings Support the assembly line by preparing components, managing manual handling tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of parts Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safety protocols Participate in process improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Manage inventory levels, organize warehouse storage, and document production activities accurately Qualifications Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of production workflows Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts safely in a warehouse setting Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and interpreting production documents or technical drawings Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently throughout shifts Experience with assembly line operations, process improvement strategies, or lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable Commitment to adhering to safety standards in production environments and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Embark on a rewarding career where your skills contribute directly to our manufacturing success!
