Warehouse & Product Specialist West Chester, OH | Full-Time | $20-$25/hour Join a Growing Industrial Products Team Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy a mix of warehouse operations, product assembly, and customer interaction? Our client is seeking a Warehouse & Product Specialist to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, product assembly, and customer service in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations. You'll receive direct training and have the opportunity to grow into a key contributor supporting customers, products, and logistics. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Assemble products, replacement parts, and subassemblies using hand and power tools. Coordinate freight shipments, carrier pickups, and delivery tracking. Assist with customer orders, replacement parts requests, pricing, and quotations. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order status, and shipping information. Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, shipping software, and customer portals to maintain accurate records. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, manufacturing, mechanical assembly, industrial distribution, or a related environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical products and components. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Comfortable using computers and business systems, including Microsoft Office and inventory/shipping software. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, carriers, and coworkers. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Experience Industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Customer service, inside sales support, quotations, or order processing. Forklift operation. ERP or inventory management systems, including QuickBooks. UPS, FedEx, freight coordination, Bills of Lading, and shipment tracking. Use of inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform material-handling activities throughout the workday. Ability to work in both warehouse and office settings.
