Warehouse Product Lister

Pay: Starting at $13.00/hour Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Location: Pasadena, TX 77502 Schedule: 8-5 flexible Job Overview We are looking for someone to help with the product listing, inventory, and shipping side of our warehouse operation. A large part of this position involves working on a computer to create and manage online product listings. You should be comfortable using a computer efficiently, typing, navigating between programs, using keyboard shortcuts/keybinds, uploading photos, entering product information, and learning new software. Training will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is already comfortable with computers and can learn to list products accurately and at a reasonable pace. You will also perform other general warehouse duties as needed. Cleanliness and asking questions when needed. Responsibilities Enter product data into inventory management software Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, locations, and product details using warehouse management systems. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stocking, labeling, and packaging of products in accordance with shipping & receiving protocols. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is highly preferred. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain precise records of stock movements. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and support customer service efforts related to order fulfillment. Knowledge of shipping logistics, packing procedures, trade compliance, and international trade regulations is a plus. Pay: From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
