Warehouse Production Operator Independent Contractor (1099) Engagement Overview A fast-growing company in the fragrance industry is seeking experienced independent contractors to provide warehouse production services supporting product preparation, bottle filling, labeling, packaging, and related production operations. This opportunity is well suited for individuals with previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse production experience who are detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of providing services accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Warehouse Production Operator will support products through various stages of the production process, with an emphasis on product accuracy, quality, consistency, efficient production, and safe handling practices. Scope of Services Services may include: Preparing products, components, and materials for production runs. Operating liquid and bottle-filling equipment. Filling products into designated bottles and containers according to applicable product specifications. Operating automated and manual labeling equipment. Applying and verifying product labels for correct placement and product identification. Assembling bottles, caps, labels, packaging components, and other materials required for production. Supporting product packaging and assembly processes. Verifying that the correct products, bottles, labels, and packaging components are used for the applicable production run. Monitoring products throughout the production process for visible defects, inconsistencies, or packaging concerns. Supporting equipment and material changeovers between production runs. Organizing and replenishing materials needed to support production activities. Identifying and communicating product, material, labeling, or equipment concerns. Handling products, components, and materials with care and attention to accuracy and quality. Maintaining clean and orderly production areas while providing contracted services. Completing accepted production services accurately and efficiently. Service Availability Services are performed on-site at the designated company facility. Production operations are generally available within the facility's operating window of 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Service Location Dacula, Georgia Contractors must have reliable transportation and the ability to provide services at the designated service location. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of relevant production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse production experience. Hands-on experience operating liquid or bottle-filling equipment. Experience operating automated or manual labeling equipment. Experience with product packaging and assembly processes. Experience working within a quality-controlled production or manufacturing environment. Ability to accurately follow applicable product specifications and production requirements. Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to product accuracy, consistency, and quality. Ability to identify visible product, labeling, packaging, or material inconsistencies. Ability to perform repetitive production activities accurately and efficiently. Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical production activities for extended periods. Ability to provide services in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-volume production or manufacturing environment. Experience supporting production changeovers involving different products, packaging components, or production runs. Familiarity with production documentation, inventory tracking, or warehouse-management systems. Experience with product traceability, batch documentation, or similar production records. Familiarity with workplace safety practices applicable to warehouse and production environments.
