Warehouse Processing Operator

Job Overview ONESE GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Processing Operator to support inventory handling, order fulfillment, and daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate shipment processing, organized inventory, and safe, efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Verify inventory quantities, product labels, and shipping documents. Organize, store, pick, pack, and label products for shipment. Process orders accurately and update inventory records in warehouse systems. Assist with cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies. Inspect products for damage and report operational issues. Operate authorized warehouse equipment and assist with loading and unloading. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow warehouse procedures and meet productivity and accuracy goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is an advantage. Basic computer skills and accurate data-entry abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
