Warehouse Procat Warehouse Picking & Receiving Specialist

Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Receiving Specialist Shift: Monday - Friday : 5:00 AM-1:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate & Receiving Specialist to join our team. TWe are seeking someone with experience using ProCat warehouse software , particularly for order picking and receiving operations.The ideal candidate is organized, takes pride in their work, and is willing to help wherever needed to keep our facility clean, safe, and running efficiently. Responsibilities: Use ProCat software for warehouse picking and receiving. Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and accuracy. Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse scanners and technology. Identify and report damaged products, shortages, and inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records and proper product locations. Keep the employee break room neat, clean, and organized. Tidy and maintain the outside lot once a week, as needed. Assist with general housekeeping and facility upkeep during slower receiving periods. Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment. Skills: ProCat experience strongly preferred. Previous warehouse picking, receiving, or inventory experience. Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Willingness to assist with general cleaning and outdoor upkeep when warehouse activity is slower. Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is a plus.
