Warehouse Prep and Fulfillment Associate

Job Type: Part-Time about 20-30 hours a week Hours: 9am to 3pm Hour, Hours varies based on the need so it’s can be flexible. Location: 111 W Cross St, Nashville, NC, 27856 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Prep and Fulfillment Associate to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily supply chain by handling order fulfillment, box assembly, product preparation, and Fulfillment compliance. You will ensure that all outgoing shipments are accurately packed, labeled, palletized, and prepped to meet strict carrier and marketplace standards, while also maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Picking: Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on active order sheets or pick lists to ensure timely fulfillment. Box Building & Packaging: Assemble various sizes of shipping boxes, pack products securely using appropriate cushioning materials, and prepare orders for safe transit. Prep & Labeling: Inspect products, apply Product-specific barcode and shipping labels according to Marketplace guidelines, and bundle or poly-bag items as required. Palletizing: Organize, stack, and wrap finished boxes securely onto pallets using stretch film, ensuring stability and correct weight distribution for freight shipping. Warehouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain the warehouse prep area daily after work, sweeping floors, breaking down scrap cardboard, emptying trash, and organizing tools and supplies. Inventory Support: Assist with routine stock counts, inventory organization, and receiving incoming shipments when needed. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, shipping, or stockroom environment is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply. Additionally: This is a good fit for someone who want to sit and do Product Prepping and all Heavy lifting will be done for you. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift. Depends on the person. More you can handle better fit you will be. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when reading pick lists, verifying product SKUs, and applying Marketplace or shipping labels to avoid fulfillment errors. Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet daily preparation targets, and manage tasks independently. Reliability: Dependable attendance and a proactive attitude toward keeping the workspace clean and organized.
