We are hiring dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates, Order Pickers, Order Pullers, and Receivers to join our Kapolei distribution center. Job Responsibilities Depending on your assigned warehouse position, duties may include: Order Picking & Pulling: Pick, pull, scan, and prepare products for customer orders. Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming freight, verify shipments, and inspect products for accuracy and damage. Inventory & Stocking: Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and organize warehouse locations. Order Fulfillment: Consolidate, palletize, and stage orders for delivery. Warehouse Equipment: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized. RF Scanning: Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders. Warehouse Safety: Maintain clean work areas and follow safety, quality, and productivity standards. Other warehouse duties may be assigned based on operational needs. Qualifications Warehouse, distribution, order picking, receiving, or material handling experience preferred but not required. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and teamwork. Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity and safety standards. Forklift, pallet jack, RF scanner, or warehouse inventory system experience is a plus. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Push or pull products and equipment weighing up to 80 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse work throughout scheduled shifts. Work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures. Safely access elevated storage areas and operate equipment when authorized. Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10 schedule). Day, afternoon, or overnight shifts. Typical shift start times may include 5:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., or 8:00 p.m. Schedules and shift assignments depend on position availability and operational needs at the time of hiring. Weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required. Pay & Benefits Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
