Warehouse Picker/Packer
Coastal Elite Proresponsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Use RF scanners and follow pick lists to locate and process items. Verify item accuracy and ensure orders are correctly assembled. Pack items securely and carefully to meet premium presentation standards. Restock shelves and support store and e-commerce fulfillment. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse inventory activities. Meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining consistent attention to detail. Follow all safety standards and warehouse procedures. Qualifications & Skills Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Comfort using scanners and warehouse systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Commitment to safe work practices and reliable performance.
