Warehouse Picker/Packer

Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged accurately and efficiently for shipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging. Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged items. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling products. Requirements Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds) safely. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary. Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse setting is a plus.
