ConfidentialWarehouse Picker/Packer 电商仓库打包发货员 Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking part-time Warehouse Picker/Packer. The role primarily involves picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as moving incoming boxes, checking quantities, and organizing the warehouse. The position requires working 3–5 days per week . No experience is necessary; training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Order Picking, Packing & Shipping — Primary Duties Pick items from shelves according to orders and verify product styles, quantities, and condition. Select appropriate shipping boxes and protective materials, then pack, seal, and weigh parcels. Use Shopify and shipping platforms to print shipping labels, check their accuracy, and attach them correctly. Organize outgoing parcels and assist with courier pickups to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Receiving & Warehouse Organization Move and unpack incoming boxes, check quantities, and organize and stock products on shelves. Organize shelves, boxes, and packing materials, keeping the work area clean and tidy. Assist with inventory counts and day-to-day warehouse upkeep. Customer Pickup Order Preparation Pick, verify, and bag orders in advance to ensure they are ready before scheduled pickup appointments. Assist with handing orders to customers when they arrive. Other Support Tasks Occasionally assist with basic tasks, such as entering product information into Shopify, as assigned. Required Qualifications Fluent in English, with the ability to read English-language orders and product information and communicate with customers and courier staff. Able to perform the physical duties of warehouse work, including moving boxes, picking orders, and organizing and stocking shelves. Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to accurately check products and orders. Proactive and organized, maintaining both packing efficiency and quality. Punctual and reliable, with consistent availability to work 3–5 days per week . Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn Shopify and shipping systems. Preferred Qualifications Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset. Previous experience packing and shipping orders in a warehouse is preferred.
