Warehouse Picker/Packer

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, shipping, inventory organization, and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Picker/Packer helps ensure that products are accurately selected, packed, organized, and prepared for shipment. Daily responsibilities may include picking items from designated storage locations, checking order quantities, packing products, applying shipping labels, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse work area. No previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience is required. Full training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are starting their first job, returning to work, changing careers, or looking for an opportunity to develop practical warehouse skills. Responsibilities Pick products and items from designated warehouse shelves and storage locations Follow order lists, picking tickets, and basic work instructions Check product names, item numbers, and quantities to help ensure order accuracy Pack products into boxes, bags, or other appropriate packaging Select suitable packing materials to help protect products during shipping Apply shipping labels, product labels, and other required identification labels Prepare completed orders for shipping, pickup, or delivery Sort and organize products according to order requirements Check packages for missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged items Report damaged products, missing items, or order discrepancies to a supervisor Move packed orders to designated shipping and staging areas Assist with organizing and restocking warehouse inventory Help maintain accurate product locations and organized storage areas Keep packing stations, shelves, and warehouse work areas clean and orderly Replenish packing supplies such as boxes, tape, labels, and protective materials Assist with basic inventory counts and product checks Handle products and packages carefully to help prevent damage Follow established warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily picking and packing assignments Follow written and verbal instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed Perform other general warehouse, packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment duties as assigned Skills Reliable and dependable Punctual and able to follow a regular work schedule Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions Good attention to detail when selecting, checking, and packing products Basic communication skills Organized and able to keep track of routine tasks Positive and cooperative attitude Ability to work respectfully with coworkers and supervisors Willingness to follow workplace safety procedures Comfortable performing routine and repetitive warehouse tasks Ability to stay focused while completing picking, packing, and sorting assignments Willingness to ask questions and request assistance when needed Ability to work independently after training Basic computer skills are helpful but not required No previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or fulfillment experience required All necessary job training will be provided Training Full training will be provided to help new employees learn warehouse procedures, order picking, product packing, shipping preparation, inventory organization, package labeling, and workplace safety practices. New team members will receive guidance on daily responsibilities, order accuracy, product handling, and the proper use of packing materials. Previous warehouse experience is not necessary to apply.
