Markertek, a div. Tower Products Incorporated, is a highly specialized broadcast and pro-audio supply house serving the technical side of the media industry. We are currently looking for Warehouse Associates who have passion, the know-how, and the desire to take behind-the-scenes customer service to the next level. The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Picker/Packer position is a team-oriented individual who takes initiative, communicates well, is comfortable taking the lead and can hold themselves accountable. We want people who will be focused on our customers satisfaction and who look forward to growing with a company like Tower.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in verifying the correct product is being shipped to the customer
• Completed/picked orders to be packed & shipped
• Receive inbound packages, check documentation of package content, and communicate
any miscounts
• Moving pallets by hand, hand truck, electric pallet jack, or manual pallet jack.
• Shrink wrapping goods for loading onto trailers
• Ensuring that the correct labels are on all packages
• Load and unload trucks from ground level or platforms
• Use computer equipment
• Stocking incoming orders
• Organizing stock in the warehouse.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift, carry and handle (repetitively) merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.*
adhering to safe lifting guidance (with or without a reasonable accommodation)
• Ability to be on your feet (standing, walking) for 90-95% of the day
• Basic Math skills
• Use of technology – to check inventory, scan labels when shipping
• Ability to work within warehouse environment (noise/temperature variances, etc.)
