Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Order Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders accurately according to pick lists and company standards Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and palletizing as needed Perform quality checks to ensure correct products and quantities Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with restocking and general warehouse duties Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment VAILD NJ DRIVERS LISCENSE* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Work Location: In person
