Warehouse Picker/Packer

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify product numbers, quantities, sizes, and colors before packing Prepare packages for shipment and ensure items are properly packed Label and organize packages for shipping Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving inventory as needed Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Ability to lift 30-50lbs daily and move boxes is required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment Ability to work efficiently and meet daily productivity goals Reliable, punctual, and responsible Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues promptly Prior experience in warehouse operations or order picking is a plus but not required Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory quantities Willingness to learn safety procedures and operational protocols Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift and move boxes and packages and perform physical warehouse duties.
