Warehouse Picker/Packer

Responsibilities Pick parts and materials accurately using pick lists, work orders, sales orders, RF scanners, and ERP systems Verify part numbers, quantities, lot/serial numbers, and units of measure Stage materials for production, kitting, or shipping Put away received materials in the correct bins, racks, or storage locations Scan inventory movements into the ERP system in real time Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored using FIFO practices Relocate and consolidate inventory to maximize storage space Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts Research and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged materials Maintain clean, accurate, and organized storage areas Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment Follow all safety, PPE, and 5S/housekeeping requirements Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, and other concerns to supervisors Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing materials experience Ability to accurately read part numbers, pick tickets, and work instructions Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and unit conversions Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer/ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred Forklift certification or willingness to become certified Experience with NetSuite or another ERP/Warehouse Management System Manufacturing or industrial parts experience Familiarity with cycle counting, FIFO, and 5S Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
