Warehouse Picker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and packing lists. Ensure that all picked items are in good condition and meet quality standards before packing. Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas to facilitate easy access and retrieval. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Basic math skills for counting and measuring products accurately. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
