3rd shift differential: +$0.50/hr through 10/31, then +$3.00/hr starting 11/1

ABOUT THE JOB
Join our dynamic Picking and Packing teams at FN Logistics, where you'll play a crucial role in fulfilling customer orders efficiently and accurately. Your tasks may include both Picking and Packing based on daily volume, allowing you to gain versatility while ensuring orders are processed the same day.
Picking Responsibilities:
• Utilize an RF scanner to locate and pick items from designated locations
• Carefully scan each item and place it in the appropriate tote, ensuring no overfilling
• Transport filled totes to the conveyor or designated drop-off area
Packing Responsibilities:
• Scan items to confirm that each order is complete and accurate
• Package single-item and multi-item orders in suitable bags or boxes
• Print and affix shipping labels, then send packed orders to Shipping
General Duties:
• Maintain cleanliness in your work area and adhere to all safety protocols
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your entire shift
Performance Standards (units per hour, UPH):
• Picking: 153 UPH or 145 UPH when the warehouse is at 82°F or higher
• Packing single-item orders: 114 UPH or 102 UPH at 82°F or higher
• Packing multi-item orders: 326 UPH or 293 UPH at 82°F or higher
New hires will not be held to the performance standard during their first week.
SHIFTS
1st shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM through 10/31; 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM starting 11/1
3rd shift: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM through 10/31; 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM starting 11/1

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand and work at a fast pace throughout the shift
• Adapt to working in an environment with forklifts, machinery, and various warehouse equipment
• Follow any specified dress code; please wear closed-toed shoes and pants if no dress code is provided.
