Warehouse Picker

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and organizing products for customer orders and shipments. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Pick products and materials according to order sheets, pick lists, or scanner instructions Locate and retrieve items from designated warehouse locations Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition before completing orders Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment when required Move products throughout the warehouse using carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment Restock picking locations and maintain organized inventory areas Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming merchandise Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse systems is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements Ability to lift and move packages and materials as required by the position Comfortable working in a warehouse environment throughout the shift Pay: $23.30 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Parental leave Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
