Warehouse Picker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, preparing, and organizing customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Pick products and materials according to order sheets, pick lists, or scanner instructions. Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure order accuracy. Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or distribution. Transport picked items to designated packing and shipping areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or damaged goods. Keep the warehouse and picking areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow warehouse safety procedures and established operating guidelines. Work with team members to meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred but not required. Ability to read order lists, product labels, and basic instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse inventory systems is a plus. Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining accuracy and safety. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment.
