Warehouse Picker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Key Responsibilities Pick and prepare customer orders according to order sheets or electronic picking systems. Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse storage areas. Verify product quantities, descriptions, and item numbers to ensure order accuracy. Pack, label, and organize items for shipping and distribution. Use handheld scanners and warehouse inventory systems to track orders. Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming merchandise. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Conduct basic inventory checks and report discrepancies or damaged products. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners are helpful. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
