Warehouse Personnel

Job Summary Upstate Electric is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help keep materials and equipment organized and ready for our electrical crews. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, materials handling and delivering to job sites. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will contribute to a productive and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receive deliveries and check materials against purchase orders. Pick, organize, and stage materials and tools for upcoming jobs. Assist with procurement by requesting quotes, placing material orders, tracking deliveries, and following up with vendors on backordered items. Track materials going to and returning from job sites. Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with inventory counts. Load and unload deliveries and crew vehicles. Report missing, damaged, or low-stock items. Follow warehouse and equipment safety procedures. Qualifications Warehouse or construction materials experience preferred; electrical experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday. Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license preferred. Forklift experience is a plus.
