Warehouse & Inventory Associate Paradise LeisureScapes is looking for an experienced and dependable Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our team. This position requires someone who is organized, safety-conscious, physically capable and comfortable taking ownership of shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy. Required Experience Forklift experience is mandatory Shipping and receiving experience is mandatory Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse controls Experience checking incoming shipments against purchase orders Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable attendance and consistent communication Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Comfortable lifting and moving large or heavy merchandise Key Responsibilities Compensation tailored to the qualifications of the successful candidate. Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments Confirm product quantities, condition, model information and serial numbers Prepare and organize outgoing customer orders and deliveries Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift Maintain accurate inventory records Assist with regular inventory counts and discrepancy investigations Organize warehouse locations so products can be found and moved efficiently Report damaged, missing or incorrect products promptly Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse Work closely with the retail, sales and service teams to ensure orders are complete and accurate Assist customers with loading products when required What We Offer Medical and dental benefits RRSP program Product and systems training Opportunities for advancement A stable position with a locally owned company A team environment where reliability, accuracy and initiative are valued Our busiest season is during the spring and summer, so candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling changing priorities.
