PAYDAY:
• Weekly every Friday

BENEFITS:

PAID TIME OFF:
• 2 weeks paid vacation time (80 hours annually) for Worker Hosted Crew Members after reaching 520 hours.
HOLIDAY PAY:
• 8 company paid holidays for Worker Hosted Crew Members.
PAY INCREASE: Crew members will receive a pay increase after meeting 520 hours on assignment at OC3PL, provided attendance and performance standards are met.
WORKER HOSTED: This is a temp-to-hosted position. After completing 520 hours, promotions are possible, pending attendance and performance evaluations.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Pick and pack items weighing up to 20 lbs in a warehouse environment. As a Picker/Packer, you will ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail and physical agility are key in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Using a scanner
• Meeting UPH requirements
• Maintaining attendance standards
• Working across different departments as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Must commit to scheduled hours and arrive on time

• Must adhere to attendance policies including breaks and shift huddles.
• Meet/exceed performance standards consistently.
• Follow CDC-recommended COVID guidelines and all safety protocols.
• This is a smoke/vape-free facility.

• Breakroom amenities include refrigerators, water dispensers, microwaves, vending machines, lockers, and storage cubes.

• Please park in the main lot and enter through the side door to the left of the main front doors.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The company will extend a permanent position once your hours are fulfilled and attendance/performance metrics are met.

Warehouse Associate - Experience Preferred

As a warehouse worker at Bluecrew, you may be tasked with:
• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory up to 50 lbs
• Operating light machinery as trained, safely and responsibly
• Performing physically strenuous activities as needed
• Maintaining a fast pace while being on your feet for the entire shift
• Adapting to an environment with forklifts, large trucks, and other machinery
