About Streamily: Streamily is an online platform where fans can purchase signed prints and merchandise from their favorite voice actors, anime stars, and gamers and Vtubers. Our products are signed by talent during livestream events or private signing sessions, and we ship them directly to fans around the world. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our team! With the holiday season approaching, we need someone who can start right away and be fully trained before our busiest time of year. What You'll Do: Our packers are the final step in getting orders safely from our warehouse to our customers. You'll be responsible for making sure every order is packed accurately, securely, and ready for pickup by USPS or UPS. Your responsibilities will include: Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Checking orders to make sure the correct items are included. Protecting prints and other merchandise from damage during shipping. Preparing packages with the correct shipping labels and materials. Organizing packed orders for carrier pickup. Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe. Helping with other basic warehouse tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Attention to detail: Accuracy matters. We want someone who takes pride in getting orders right. Reliability: Showing up on time and being ready to work is essential, especially during the busy holiday season. Efficiency: Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy. Comfort with repetitive tasks: This role involves packing orders for extended periods, often while seated. Basic physical ability: Comfortable handling a high volume of packages, standing or moving around when needed, and lifting packages weighing up to approximately 6 lbs. Organization: Ability to keep track of orders, shipping materials, and daily priorities. Ability to follow instructions: Willingness to learn our packing procedures and follow them consistently. Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly with team members. Transportation: Must be able to commute to our warehouse in Canoga Park, CA 91304 every workday. Nice to Have, But Not Required Interest in or knowledge of anime, gaming, pop culture, or collectibles. Previous experience in packing, order fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse work. No previous warehouse experience? That's okay! We're happy to train the right person. We mainly need someone dependable, careful, and ready to learn. Compensation & Other Details Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Work location: On-site at our Canoga Park warehouse. Start date: As soon as possible. We need someone who can get started promptly and complete training before the holiday rush.
