Warehouse Packer

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Packer to join our warehouse and order fulfillment team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in packing, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and distribution. The Warehouse Packer helps prepare products and orders for shipment. Daily responsibilities may include packing products into boxes or containers, checking items and quantities, applying labels, preparing packages for shipping, organizing packing supplies, and keeping the work area clean and organized. No previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience is required. Full training will be provided. Responsibilities Pack products and customer orders according to simple instructions Select appropriate boxes, bags, containers, and packing materials Check products and quantities before packing orders Place products securely into boxes or shipping containers Use protective packing materials when needed to help prevent damage Apply shipping labels, product labels, and package identification labels Prepare completed packages for shipping, pickup, or delivery Sort packed orders into designated shipping and staging areas Check packages for missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged items Report damaged products or order discrepancies to a supervisor Seal, organize, and prepare packages for transportation Help restock boxes, tape, labels, and other packing supplies Organize products and materials in designated warehouse locations Assist with basic inventory checks and product counts Help maintain organized packing stations and work areas Keep warehouse, packing, and shipping areas clean and orderly Handle products and packages carefully during packing and movement Follow written and verbal packing instructions Work with warehouse associates, pickers, supervisors, and other team members to complete daily orders Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines Ask questions when instructions are unclear Complete other general packing, warehouse, shipping, and order fulfillment duties as assigned Skills Reliable and dependable Punctual and able to follow a regular work schedule Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions Good attention to detail when checking and packing products Basic communication skills Organized and able to complete routine tasks Positive and cooperative attitude Ability to work respectfully with coworkers and supervisors Willingness to follow workplace safety procedures Comfortable performing routine and repetitive packing tasks Ability to stay focused while completing orders Willingness to ask questions and request assistance when needed Ability to work independently after training Basic computer skills are helpful but not required No previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience required All necessary job training will be provided Training Full training will be provided to help new employees learn warehouse packing, order fulfillment, product handling, shipping preparation, package labeling, inventory organization, and workplace safety procedures . New team members will receive guidance on packing methods, order accuracy, proper use of packing materials, and daily warehouse procedures.
