Warehouse Packer

Darrah Electric Company is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position primarily focuses on accurately preparing, and packing customer orders to ensure products are properly handled and ready for shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working in a team-oriented warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and interested in a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities Prepare and pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipment. Select correct items from inventory, verifying accuracy in both quantity and quality. Follow standard packing guidelines and use appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, tape, spacer, fillers, and protective padding. Accurately label and document each package for shipping. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse packing area. Assist in restocking packing supplies as needed. Support general warehouse operations when required, including assisting shipping staff. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stay organized and manage tasks efficiently. Dependable with a strong attendance and punctuality record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties. Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or inventory experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move packages and materials as required. Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Full-time, on-site position No regular weekend schedule Compensation $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
