Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team. As a Warehouse representative, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging products for shipment, ensuring that packages are properly packed for delivery. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities : Pack items securely and efficiently according to company standards. Inspect items for defects or damages before packing and report issues to the supervisor. Label and tag items correctly, ensuring they are properly identified for shipping. Organize supplies in the warehouse, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Follow safety protocols and warehouse guidelines to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and assemble shipping boxes, pallets, crates, and other packing materials. Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy. Perform basic quality control checks to verify that packaging meets company standards. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Support other warehouse functions, such as receiving shipment or shipment checks and scans, as needed. Requirements : Prior experience in warehouse, packing, or distribution is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift and move packages, sometimes heavy Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with packing materials and equipment.
